This website is operated by Ohana Barbell, 41a Newton Street, Manchester, M1 1FT ("we", "us", "our"). These terms govern your use of this website and any purchases made through the Ohana Store. Gym memberships are arranged through our membership partner (or, for concession rates, in club with valid ID). Day passes can be bought online through the same partner or in gym. Memberships and day passes are subject to their own agreement rather than these terms.

You must use this website lawfully and must not misuse it, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access to our systems, introducing malicious code, or scraping or copying content without our permission.

All content on this site, including text, photography, logos, and the Ohana Barbell name and phoenix branding, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may not reproduce or reuse it without our prior written consent.

We try to describe and display products on the Ohana Store as accurately as possible, but slight variations in colour or finish may occur due to photography and screen display. All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors and to limit order quantities.

Orders placed through the Ohana Store are processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe; we do not store your full card details. A contract between us is formed once we confirm your order has been dispatched, not at the point payment is taken. We may decline or cancel an order, for example due to a stock or pricing error or suspected fraud, in which case any payment already taken will be refunded in full.

Delivery rates and estimated timeframes are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk in your order passes to you once it has been delivered to the address you provided at checkout.

Your rights to cancel, return, and receive a refund for items bought through the Ohana Store are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

We aim to keep this website accurate and available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may suspend, withdraw, or restrict availability of all or part of the site without notice, for example for maintenance or technical reasons.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or products purchased through it. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business or for legal and regulatory reasons. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
